Graham Laws BDS Principal Dentist and Practice Owner
Qualified as a Dentist in Dundee 2002.
Graham is our Principal Dentist and has also been our Practice Owner for a decade now.
As well as providing NHS and private treatment Graham also has a special interest in Dental Implants.. He is also a keen amateur motorsport enthusiast, and can often be found at Knockhill Racing circuit!
Dawn Ritchie BDS Associate Dentist
Qualified as a Dentist in 1998 and has been part of our team since 2011. Dawn is our late night Dentist and will sometimes have a Friday clinic when she misses us enough. She loves spending time with her family and is a sucker for a cup of tea!
Nadia Sime BDS Associate Dentist
Nadia qualified as a Dentist from Dundee
University in 2010.
Nadia joined the practice in 2023 having previously worked as a community dentist.
She has also worked in general practice, and is excited to join the team here at Laws Dental. Nadia enjoys working with nervous patients and is currently studying for a postgraduate qualification in restorative dentistry.
When not at work, Nadia is a keen reader and animal lover - especially dogs - and enjoys walks with her German Shepherd.
Rachel Short BDS Associate Dentist
Rachel qualified as a Dentist from the University of Dundee in 2010.
Rachel joined the practice in June 2025, she has worked all over Scotland before moving back to settle in Angus in 2016.
In addition to general practice, Rachel has worked in the hospital and community services gaining special experience in Oral Surgery and with patients that have more complex needs.
She has obtained an additional postgraduate diploma allowing her to gain membership to the ’Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow’ and has also recently been involved in the mentoring of young dentists.
Rachel enjoys all aspects of dentistry, so loves being in general practice being able to provide a range of treatment to patients, who she can get to know really well.
Outside of work she loves spending time with her young family and friends.
Laura Business Manager
Laura is our Business Manager at Laws
Dental Practice and has been with us for a number of years now. She loves playing piano and planning family events. And she loves tea
more than Dawn.
Kerry Business Manager
Kerry trained and qualified as a Dental Nurse in 1993 in this very practice and has been a part of our team ever since. In 2019, she hung up her nurses uniform for a change in her dental career to our practice manager.
Kerry loves nothing more than sunny days, gigs, a cheeky holiday abroad, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Gosia Qualified Dental Nurse
Gosia joined our practice in November 2019.
She started work as a trainee dental nurse in 2008 and has enjoyed nursing ever since!
Gosia likes to dance bachata and salsa. She loves to travel with her lovely husband and enjoys going to musicals and theatre shows!
Alison Qualified Dental Nurse
Alison Qualified as a Dental Nurse in 1986.
Since then she has worked several years between General Practice and the Public Dental Service. Alison's favorite part of her job is always helping patients find the fun side of coming to the Dentist! Alison is very much a social butterfly and loves spending time with family and friends, and her dog Koda!
Kirsty Qualified Dental Nurse
Kirsty joined our practice as a Trainee Dental Nurse in February 2022. She enjoys going to Pilates and loves spending the day at St Andrews with her family! Kirsty loves going to the cinema and enjoys going hiking! She is also a massive Formula One fan!
Erin Qualified Dental Nurse
Erin joined our practice as a Dental Nurse in August 2023. She enjoys going to the gym and loves going on dog walks. Erin likes nothing better than spending quality time with her friends and family.
Iona Qualified Dental Nurse
Iona joined our practice as a Trainee Dental Nurse in January 2025.
In her spare time she loves to travel and spend time with her friends and family. Iona enjoys going for long walks and also loves a good concert.
Sarah Receptionist
Sarah is our Laws Dental Receptionist who works with the team on a Tuesday, and has been part of the team since 2016. In her spare time she likes spending time with her friends and family, climbing munros and baking the
odd cake!
Amy Receptionist
Amy joined the practice for work experience in Sept 2019 but is now part of our team. She loves reading, animals and Rom-coms. Amy is rubbish at baking but good thing she's just your dental receptionist so that doesn't really matter.
